We would like to inform you of the unavailable hours of the berth used for the boarding of exceptional convoys from Dunkirk to Dover, as well as in the direction of Dover to Dunkirk, during weeks 44, 45, 46, 47.
Due to work carried out by the GPMD (Grand Port Maritime de Dunkerque), the main bridge used by DFDS for its Dunkirk<>Dover route will be consigned according to the following schedule:
- Week 44: Monday 30 October to Friday 3 November 2023, 08:00 to 16:00,
- Week 45: Monday 6 to Friday 10 November 2023, 08:00 to 16:00,
- Week 46: Monday 13 to Friday 17 November 2023, 08:00 to 16:00,
- Week 47: Monday 20 to Friday 24 November 2023, 08:00 to 16:00.
The secondary bridge will be in service from 08:00 to 16:00 for the duration of the work, thus allowing the continuity of port operations, with the exception of exceptional convoys.
These cannot be charged (Dunkirk>Dover) / unloaded (Dover>Dunkirk) only between 16:00 and 08:00 only, on the days indicated.
We kindly ask you to take these timetable constraints into account when planning your transport, constraints which are in addition to the constraints of tide times according to the usual characteristics (extra low ground clearance; length/ground clearance ratio at risk).

Finally, we would like to remind you that the Dunkirk terminal has a parking space in a secure area, free of charge, limited to 12 hours of parking, pending the departure time validated at check-in.
Please note : Hazardous materials are prohibited in the Park Advance car park. The vehicle cannot be left unattended. Any exit from the car park is final.
